FENSA Trustmark

We are pleased to announce that FENSA has now been granted TrustMark operator status. This means that any installer registered with the FENSA self-certification scheme can apply to become registered with TrustMark through FENSA.

What is TrustMark?

TrustMark is a Government backed scheme developed in tandem with key representatives of the home improvement industry, including Trade Associations and consumer-awareness groups. The purpose of TrustMark is to raise standards across the industry and provide a recognisable brand to both customers and installers alike.

Consumers utilising a TrustMark registered organisation can be assured that the company in question has met the stringent standards required by TrustMark to achieve TrustMark registration this includes a full check of the company's financial history, an inspection of their workmanship and comprehensive procedures in place to ensure that any disputes or issues with work carried out are addressed and resolved with a minimum of fuss.
